Product Overview
TR S2510POE series of switches has 8 10/100/1000 BASE-TX auto-adaptable ports and 2 gigabit SFP ports, among which 8 1000M TX ports support 802.3af and 802.3at.
Along with the continuous development of the WiFi technology, 802.11b/g will gradually be upgraded to 802.11N and the results it brings are firstly that the wireless access bandwidth of the network increases from 54Mbps to 300Mbps or even to 600Mbps and secondly that the power consumption of wireless AP increases from several watts to over ten watts or to over twenty watts. In this case, the 100M POE switches can no more meet the requirements, while Techroutes gigabit POE switches start to show their advantages in the 802.11N construction.
